We’re pleased to announce that a new Catholic primary school will be built in Winterfield North to meet the needs of a growing number of young families in Winter Valley.
Families at Winterfield will enjoy a diverse range of education options with the Catholic school expected to open in 2028. Within Winterfield’s masterplan, there is also a 10ha site earmarked for government primary and secondary schools
For first homebuyers Emily Ord and Kiowa Stranks, Winterfield North provided an opportunity to get a foot on the property ladder in a community where school choices were expanding.
“The news about a new Catholic school in the Winterfield North estate is amazing,” said Ms Ord. “We’re really excited by the prospect of a primary school being built within walking distance of our new home.
